Yes, I’ve been told that I probably don’t need an accommodations at school because I’m a good student. As if that means that I’m not struggling as well! Do they want me to, like, have more meltdowns?

Yes, that's happened to me too, especially because I've been masking so long, and at this point I've gotten fairly good at it. It's really strange to me that there's an assumption that autistics don't have friends.
