During 2020, I had an internal bleeding which caused me to be anemic(I’m a male). In July 2022, I had a food poisoning after drinking some smoothies containing fruits and protein powder. After I consumed the drink, I felt extremely light headed, nausea, and I vomitted the whole thing. After that a few days, my resting heart rate increased up to 130-140 bpm. It was very abnormal! I thought I may have iron deficiency anemia again so I took Iron supplement pills and Vitamin B12 for 2 weeks and got back to normal. Anyone has any kind of explanation? Thanks!
