The best idea is to keep a journal and buy small amounts of things to try then. Mark when you have them and any reactions you notice. I had to do it and yes I know it's time-consuming, but it's better than being ill.
personally to me foods are never a problem if I'm lifting and working out but my main foods are dairy too much red meat not enough protein not enough carbs and not enough healthy fats.

My doc had me keep a food journal. We found the foods that made me hurt worse, and the foods that gave my digestive system problems. Keeping a journal for a month or so should help a lot.
@faerywyrm solid! I will try it :)

Finding out which foods are safe for you can be a trial and error process, as you mentioned. Some people focus on textures or familiar flavors to identify safe foods. You can also try modifying the texture of certain foods, like blending fruits and vegetables into smoothies, or cutting them into small pieces or fun shapes to make them more appealing. It's important to be patient and gradually expand your food options while paying attention to your body's reactions.
