I can only stomach the same two meals every day without getting incredibly sick (keep in mind, these still make me feel eh, but not as bad as everything else.) Pancakes (no syrup) and White Rice + Broccoli + Carrots + Cabbage That is it. No proteins. No sauces.

@Tebs Almond milk. Goats cheese, Buffalo cheese. Yogurt is fermented, so u can have a little bit everyday. The Greek healthy ones
