I recently cut down my doses of escitalopram and venlafaxine. I took half of my dose for 3 days before stopping it completely, and the following day I started a dose of abilify and rameron. I have taken two doses of the abilify, and one of the rameron. I've noticed yesterday and today specifically, although I guess it could have been going on before that, that my sense of taste when drinking something seems to be very muted. soda, Crystal light, tea, even milk or hydration drinks like Gatorade I'll taste kind of watered down. stuff that I know should normally have a really good strong flavor just doesn't. has anybody experienced this as being a normal side effect with any of these medications? I'm just trying to figure out what's causing it, and if it's something that I need to talk to my doctor about or that will go away soon or whatever.
