Hope for the Future: Medication and Mental Health

Doc says I’m treatment resistant. I’ve been on so many trials. I think my future is less medication and more therapy + check in with doctor when needed. I have a hard time spotting when the medication isn’t working. Because I’m never baseline for long, so ineffective treatment feels normal for me

unfortunately, my meds stopped working around beginning to mid october :/ i stopped taking meds bc i lost them, but then when i started again, it was making me crazy depressed and tired (like ready to crash by 4 pm). so now i’m unmedicated and it sucks. trying to feel hopeful abt the future
