There is hope. It won't be all of a sudden but yes you will get better. Sometimes it takes a few tries to find the right medication and counseling (or whatever treatment method you are doing) to find the right fit for you. If you feel down or you feel the meds don't help then talk to your doctor and document your moods between appointments and show your records to your doctor. Also just remember your not alone in it all. This app is the best to realize that. Everyone is here to give and get help and to come together through our difficulties. So hang in there. Yes 🙌 but it takes ongoing practice, finding your tigers, taking care of yourself etc. but meds changed my life. Still have ups and downs but not losing touch with reality that much anymore!
