That is super relatable! Therapists cost so much. I've found that I get my with apps like this, where people aren't afraid to be vulnerable and share things because it's a safe place where everyone is looking for help and ready to give help. There are some more out there if you go looking for them. Join lots of groups and never be afraid to voice what you need to voice. I know, for me, being social (even through online profiles that might be fake) and being connected really helps me get all those weights off.
