Anyone else have high 17OH Progesterone with PCOS diagnosis ? Curious Bc my DO said this increase is not typical of PCOS and indicates non congenital adrenal hyperplasia (which I screened negative for), or an adrenal issue. When I research online, some websites report an increase in this hormone byproduct does occur with PCOS ?? Can anyone point me to some reliable literature on this ? Thanks!
