I have a personality disorder myself, but im not sure how to help other people with it. my partner has BPD, and i belive im their favorite Person (from what I can tell, they haven't outright said it), so how can I help them when they are having an episode? (I hope it's okay to use the term 'episode' , im not too sure what else to call it)
