Can't Help My Friend Move Because of My Wrist

I'm supposed to help my friend pack today for her move, but of course I wake up not being able to move my wrist! It's like my body always knows what I want to do, and decides to hurt in a way where I can't do it.

      Woww this is exactly how I feel… especially if I’m feeling fine or okay & I plan to do something it’s like my body says “nope not today” 😖😣 hopefully she understands if you can do help or if you can help but not do much .
