I'm having a lot of anger and frustration towards my pain and the medical system (US). I got diagnosed with muscular hypermobility a handful of years ago, was able to go to therapy for a while, but now I live on my own and am pretty estranged from my family. I make too much to qualify for medicaid, but I don't make enough to afford any healthcare premiums, so I just.. haven't been to the doctor. I'm in so much pain all the time, I take every single OTC pain relief I can try. I feel like I'm stuck in a loop. I need money to afford healthcare, I need healthcare to manage my pain, I need to manage my pain to be able to work more, and I need to work more if I want more money (I already work 1 FT job). I hate the medical system. I hate my body.
