Head twitches and heavy feeling

Hi I’ve been having very bad head twitches or spasms I used to have a problem with alcohol and I fell and hit my head a lot I notice my symptoms go away when I drink but if I don’t they don’t go away I’m almost one year sober I have had two cat scans done last month the doctors said my cat scan was normal I also feel my head is very tight and heavy when the twitches happen does anyone have any idea what this could be like maybe a long term side affect of alcohol because the doctors say my head is fine but I know myself better then anyone and this is not normal
