This is not what you're talking about but you've just reminded me about the huge bugs that were in my psychiatric hospital. They where massive and made hissing noises, they were like cicadas but in England. Never knew that type of bug existed and I know they were real as I stopped a patient stamping on one and saw a nurse scream and point at one lol. Weird times, they didn't help the psychosis.
