Looking for Friends with Hashimoto's Symptoms

I feel weak several times a day, some hair loss, some pain on my toes , some dry skin, some acid when I eat rice, bread , some sadness . I try to take good care of my symptoms , and in general I look cute still, but nobody knows that I deal with all this issues because I take care of them . I know isn’t easy but I try to be patient with myself.

Struggle with weight gain.

I have fatigue and sleeping issues. I think I’ve been experiencing hair loss but it’s hard to tell. I also have chronic jaw acne which is super annoying. But I have nothing to counter that.

My mood was the biggest symptom for me! I already have an anxiety disorder, but after being diagnosed, my anxiety skyrocketed. I experience depressive episodes, and my mood is constantly changing. I experienced some hair loss but nothing too bad. My sleep is also always messed up. I am always tired throughout the day, but I can never fall asleep at night. Also, my heart rate is always a little above average. My skin was also a huge symptom for me. I started breaking out pretty bad even though I had a good skincare routine. No matter what I did or how many times I went to the dermatologist, my skin was always broken out.
