Greeting and Introducing Myself

Not my worst, but not my best. My anxiety is up, but im not as depressed as i have been in the past. But my mental health is about to become harder to deal with as i edge closer to homelessness.

Eh.... I feel like I'm chugging towards a crossroad and I'll have to stop until I can cross. Basically I feel like I'm heading towards a depression period again, as I do once in a while. Which means I may or may not be mentally okay. I won't hurt myself but it takes me a while to recover after this small period

I'm so-so. Dealing with trauma responses/anxiety, reflux and a lot of physical pain but I'm trying to keep myself busy so I don't spiral!

I’m mentally preparing myself to go to the walk in clinic tomorrow. Someone from my pcp’s office is telling me I should go but I’m tired of being gaslit by doctors

Hoping that insurance says yes to the wheelchair that I really need. Also heading back to school soon and stressing about the booster as the 1st doses were really hard on me.

I’m doing not great. I waited and fought for two years for an endo diagnosis and now I have one and I feel so lost and tired and depressed. Not sure how I’m gonna pull myself out of this one. Not sure where my energy has gone. 😥
