I haven’t been having GERDS for a long time I just got diagnosed with it on February and I started getting the symptoms in late December I’m losing a lot of weight and it makes me sad it makes me feel terrible I want to eat things that are good for GERDS but literally nothing is idk what to do anymore I feel hopeless
