Wasn’t diagnosed until recently, but it’s been going on for years. I lost time with my children. I’ve gone from a energetic, praised and valued teacher to “the one who misses too much school and never gets work done on time.” I’ve always measured my value by my ability to function - father, husband, teacher. My brain is a constant muddled mess, I’m too tired to do anything after work, just sick of it all.

Unfortunately I keep getting worse. I am using dry infrared saunas, essential oils, Epsom salts, and a good cocktail/wine to take the edge off.

Nope… mine comes and goes… I’m on an uphill right now. It’s been a few months. I hope it plateaus soon.

I have other diagnosis but this helps the most for fibromyalgia… -1000 % gluten free (I can’t even touch flour) it took a while to completely get out of my system (3-6 months but I still will flare within an hour of eating something contaminated) -Kale smoothies -No meat (or very limited) -No dairy (or very limited) -Not too much starchy stuff (white rice potatoes etc.) -Strength training (I just started) -Pace my “good days” I used to overdo it and try to be normal on days I felt “better” but my normal days are still light days compared to other people. -nightly Epsom salt baths -strict bedtime (melatonin helps me stay asleep all night and not wake up randomly) if I’m tired after taking my kids to school I take a nap as soon as I get back. -Naps -legal THC (like a little delta 8 vaping before bed) -herbal cleanses / focus on gut health -drinking water and herbal teas -no caffeine -meditation In a nutshell… Eliminated foods that caused me to flare. Focusing on eating as much nutrient dense food as possible (kale smoothies made a huge difference) Figuring out how to lower my body inflammation. (Regardless of test results. I believe we are inflamed) Figuring out how to lower my personal stress (yes this is incredibly hard being in pain and exhausted so much). Improving my mental health. Asking for help. Prioritizing my sleep. I’m still struggling but over the course of the past two years of focusing so much of my time to live with FB, this is what helps me.

LeeLee is doing almost everything I am… I’ve been juicing as well. The only difference with me right now is I’ve developed lymphedema. It developed quite fast. I had to stop going to the gym because I couldn’t walk anymore. I started having problems breathing and with chest pain. I’m waiting right now on test results. Quite honestly I’m a little discouraged right now. I’m so swollen and unable to move it’s pretty bad.

The pain I found marijuana helps the best and for fatigue a little exercise helps I do like 30 squats, a few push ups abs some crunches just to keep my muscles moving Oh plus try to walk outside everyday if possible for even 5/10 mins to get some fresh air

LeeLee… I was going to the gym 4x per week for an hour… gave up milk. I’ve tried gluten free but it still upsets my stomach and aggravates my system. I’ll have it occasionally. I’m actually looking into buying a bread maker and making my own using a combo of flax seed and almond flour…. No more processed meats. I’ve cut out toxic people from my life… drama and stress is bad in our system. I’m juicing and mostly do all my cooking. I don’t do fast food. I occasionally eat out but rarely. I’ve also incorporated organic teas into my daily routine. It has really helped with my stomach pain. Right now my issue is this aggressive lymphedema and chest pain I’ve been dealing with… next week I get my results
