Frustrated with Doctors and Medicines

Finding a person you can trust and feel comfortable with is key . A family member or close friend… sometimes we feel overwhelmed and misunderstood! Letting these feelings of frustration out is important verses letting it build up.

I feel the same way, tired of all the same stuff .. tied of going to doctors and get zero answers,

Sorry to hear you're having a tough time. It's not nice to feel like a human guinea pig who gets poked and prodded but no relief. I sometimes don't want to talk to my therapist when I feel like this but sometimes just sharing that frustration actually helps. They're there to listen to your feelings and support you.
