I'm dependent on my friend but I need space.. i dont have healthy boundries and its affecting me negativley. (please read my other post about this too if you can)

      There are DBT skills and resources on setting and reinforcing boundaries. You might also want to look at opposite action to love.

        @Claude03 I h ave taken those classes and were a tremendous help so I agree try those classes they are given for free at least were I am from in Oregon

          @kisseyangel Even if classes aren’t available, you should be able to find worksheets online. Working through the worksheets and learning and practicing the skills can help a lot.
