@PrettyPolar2 I recently started running seriously, and it helps ground me in the moment and for a bit after. I’m starting to find myself waiting anxiously all day for the next time I can run, but maybe this is progress?

Sometimes I feel like either I don't exist or I don't want to be alive. I go out and touch the bushes and watch wildlife to feel like I am in reality. What is a moment that you felt like you saw the world and you were in the moment?

@SapleMyrup Yes that is definitely progress, having something to wait for is so good to keep you afloat until you can feel safe in the other parts in your life. I'm kind of jealous to be honest, I used to do races in high-school but I injured both of my knees in a car accident, I dream of running again without pain.
