You may want to look into genetic tests that your prescriber can help you get- GeneSight and Tempus tests can tell you which of a number of meds you are least to most likely to have side effects on. Might be a helpful tool to point you in the right direction.

If you’ve tried a ton of meds and none of them are working, it may be a good idea to have genetic testing done. My partner had to do that, and they found out that most SSRIs and anxiety meds just aren’t metabolized correctly, so she’s on a super rare one.

plenty, but its the matter of finding what works best for you personally! medications and treatment plans are nothing but trial and error. but i hope you’re able to find what works for you in due time <3
More than ten meds for sure, and I'll probably be seeing a doctor regularly for the rest of my life, but wellness isn't defined by not needing help it's about being well no matter what that requires. Even if you don't feel right yet you have made progress despite not feeling it all the time, don't worry and keep going.
It's going to be a long journey but it will be okay. I went through so many medications I cant even count anymore.

Personally, I’ve tried more than 20 medications and countless doctor appointments. BUT things are getting better! It’s still trial and error sometimes for what works and side effects but don’t be discouraged if it takes time to find what works :)

Do not despair! I went through a lot (!) Of drugs until I came to the drug that suited me best ... it takes time, but in the end you find :)
tons of appointments and med changes, we are not 100% sure of all my issues yet either 🥲
5 medications and countless doctors appointments. I’m currently not in medication for anxiety because they always seemed to make it worse or other side effects. I do, however, take magnesium, vitamin D3, and vitamin B for my health but they also improve anxiety and have helped me personally. Also finding a good therapist! Journaling and yoga seem to really help too. I wish you the best ❤️
