how do you get the motivation to get better? I'm battling depression, anxiety, and addiction, and most days, I just want to give up. any encouragement would be helpful šŸ„ŗ

      You will make mistakes, you may even fall back into bad habits, do not blame yourself. Forgive yourself and push yourself to do better next time. Donā€™t look back, remember you can accomplish your goals and get where you want to be but if you give up, you will never know how much you can do when you put your mind to it !
