Looking for Fibromyalgia Medication Advice

I took Tramadol for many years along with Celebrex (for osteoarthritis). In the past few years my doctor added Topamax which helped, and recently I was started on Naltrexone. I now get spinal injections in my lumbar spine and lower cervical spine. I was also on Trazodone for over 20 yrs to help with sleep.
