I'm sure someone here can relate to my reality right now. The weather is starting to get cooler here. Every bone and joint of my body is already screaming and aching in pain. I haven't been sleeping through the night waking up constantly tossing and turning in pain. When I do sleep I have nightmares of being in pain so it really has permeated every aspect of my being. I'm terrified for what winter will bring. My fatigue was so unbearable yesterday all I managed to do was use the bathroom, let my dog out, and grab something to eat from the kitchen. Entire day glued to my bed unable to even focus on the TV or a simple phone game. Today I tried to push through it. I love to cook and have cooked pretty much every day of the last 10 years. For the first time ever I cut my hand badly while trying to cook. It is absolutely devastating to not be able to do something I love and scary that I don't know if this is going to be temporary or permanent. When will enough be enough for these illnesses?

I too feel a change in my symptoms In the Summer, (which use to be my favorite season) due to my illnesses & the heat I have severe fatigue In the Winter, I then feel all the extreme pain, due to arthritis throughout my entire body, flaring up becuz of the cold weather I just end up hibernating in my home with the a/c or heater blasting to stay cool in the Summer & warm enough in the Winter My advice, based on how I've done things in my life, I've just learned over time to live my life as I can based on how I'm feeling when I wake up in the afternoon (I'm definitely not a morning person) Hope u learn your symptoms, to not be hard on urself, & to find a positive benefit to the way u now have to live πŸ’―πŸ™πŸ‘

πŸ’• I completely understand. It's like ever fiber of my being hurts when this weather is here. I just figure that I'm going to hurt whether I slowly draw, or paint (badly) or I sit miserably in bed. So I choose to rescue kittens. And make myself do something through the pain. It's working for now. I still have those days of almost nothing getting done too. But even one day that I can push through enough to do even a little extra is a celebration. Love yourself. Even on those days you must take it easy! It's ok. We're all rooting for you. These days are not going to beat us! πŸ™Œ
