anyone else feel really weird being left hime alone? im at work (i work from home) and my bf, dad, and bfs friend all left. i started feeling kind of queezy and felt my heart rate pick up a little. (which freaks me out anyways) A year ago i loved my alone time and i still do, but not totally alone. theres comfort in knowing someone is home with me. i think i have separation anxiety from my bf. ive had a lot of trauma this last year and hes been with me every step. maybe.
