does anyone get in moods where you want to do something but nothing seems interesting or stimulating? because I'm going through that right now. like, I want to do things, it's just nothing seems interesting to do. does anyone have any tips as to how I can break out of this cycle?

@Mika15 have you tried green tea? It contains caffeine and something called L-theanine which gets rid of the jitters and physical energy of caffeine, but you still get the mental focus.

Yes. Caffeine helps me since I almost never drink it and have no tolerance, I strategically use it and it's very powerful
