I'm in such a funk right now that I just can't seem to get out of. Im constantly tired, no ambition, and im overeating cause im bored/stressed. Im doing the whole do one thing a day instead of everything at once. it helps a bit but im still down about everything I have to do. I don't know what I need to do to get out of this but man it sucks 😓

One thing that helps me is involving others in my life. Living every moment alone makes things worse.
I'm in the same exact situation right now. Just take this time for yourself, do what makes you happy currently. For me, it's been non-stop video games and world building. Im also over eating out of boredom and I notice that if I keep food out of reach, it takes me more time to actually get the food. I don't keep snacks near me. Also I spoke to my psychiatrist about this literally last week and she said I need to have at least a small meal on a schedule (breakfast, lunch, dinner) because when we binge eat, that's actually the body freaking out about not getting enough nutrition, it makes you over eat too because it doesn't know when the next meal is.
