      You are not. The health care system is. My doctor has been concerned about my symptoms for almost a year but even with his referral and pushes I can’t get into a specialist only on a waiting list. It’s insane that I have to wait until I want to hurt myself to get help. It’s insane that I had doctors tell me I was too young to have my conditions so I was faking it. The system is ridiculous and is not meant to help anyone except insurance companies to get rich.

      If its not pathetic for an adult to seek help theres no reason for you to. Its a great thing that youre doing what you can to find help even if its a ting lie to an app thats only to save the apps ass lol

      Finding an app like this is making me feel a little better about myself right now. Knowing theirs others like me. Your not pathetic. Sometimes hiding feels safer than being honest because your scared of the result. I get it. Trust me. I’m to the point I’m thinking too often about suicide. That’s why I’m here. I’m scared.

      I don’t think you are. Sometimes people just horrible and won’t listen to you. You have to do certain things you might not like to get what is necessary but that’s just life

        @Soskae i had to leave my therapist because she kept accusing me of faking things because i had a hard time trusting and opening up to people, and she had messaged my mom privately what i said and it's one of the most painful things i think about still so i completely understand that :(
