Feeling Overwhelmed: A Personal Rant

It's important to advocate for oneself to get proper care. I am sorry about your dog.😥 They can be such a comfort. I know my doctor ordered one for me for health reasons. It sounds like you're better off without the gf. Self care is really important, especially for parents. We tend to forget because we take care of our children first, the house next, etc. Give yourself time to grieve and remember to take care of yourself. 🙏
