Lately.. everything is too much. The people at the store, getting out of bed, being around my toddlers. And I’ve been really numb to physical pain. Usually I’m really sensitive.. I have a therapist and I am on medication. It’s been years since I have felt this adrift in the void of my depression.. I don’t really know why I’m typing this I guess as a journal or something 🤷🏼♀️
