Hey guys I could use some support right now. I woke up wanting to cry and I forced myself to go to work but I’m sitting my office wanting to throw up, sleep and sob and I genuinely have no idea why. This hasn’t ever happened before and I’m freaking out about it a little and I’m also just a little sad lol. Can some chat?

This happens to me often - it sounds like the physical symptoms I get from my anxiety. I treat it just like I would any physical illness - a day in bed, some tea, light foods, your favorite movie, etc. if you can take a few minutes in the bathroom or your car to close your eyes and take some slow deep breaths that can help. Good luck 💕 we’re all rooting for you!

I'm sorry you're struggling so much today. I get like that too sometimes for seemingly no reason, but it's usually something to do with my hormones, anxiety, depression, and/or ADHD. I hope you feel better soon. I know exactly how that feels and it's awful. Hang in there. ✌️💖

This happens to me. It's very rare but it's almost like my brain takes control and makes me cry and emotional for no reason. It eventually passes but it's hard maintaining composure and/or staying at work if this happens..

I would say to avoid certain things that are triggering you for now until you feel better. If you don’t know what is triggering you then I would ride it out, see your doctor/therapist, take breaks, and do what will give you a sense of relief. I hope everything goes well you❤️
