🌹 I'm lost spiritually... tired physically and detached from the feeling of my emotions. Is this something normal?

It’s common with BPD. I have autism. I was diagnosed with BPD 2 years ago. I’ve had rage fits when I was a kid. Doctors couldn’t assess me till I was older for BPD. I’ve tried searching for my spiritual side for years. I quit searching.

I’m not sure if it’s normal in the sense of it being healthy but it definitely seems to be common in people with BPD and other severe mental illnesses
