Feeling Lost and Depressed After a Breakup: Need Advice

so recently i went through a break up and im so lost im feeling like im always the problem i try my best to work hard and make sure i have a roof over my head and food in the fridge but it seems like every girl im with they tell me that they lost interest in me and dont love me like they use to or they cheat on me and do stuff behind my back with out communicating to me about anything so im lost in words im feel like i get taken advantage of because im a kind hearted person and i try to be the best person in the relationship but its always one sided so i need help to find a way to beat this depression
