      I often do feel this way. Like no matter how hard I work it's never good enough. I try to remind myself, I did the best I could and I should be proud of myself.

      I understand. I’m called a failure a lot by someone close to me. So much that I eventually defined myself as a failure and incompetent. I often feel like a disappointment. But right now, I’m trying to improve, a bit desperate but gotta tell yourself that it’s gonna be okay 🫂💜🙏

        @Tanahtso one person in my life in particular makes me feel like a loser constantly, and idk if that will ever change in their mind

          @Dancwithm3 we shouldn’t let their negativity get to us. I know it’s hard, it’s very hard almost impossible especially when I care about that person but they keep putting me down. I think the only thing we can do for ourselves is some self encouragement even if we don’t believe in ourselves rn. Just tell yourself “I can do it”, “I’ll be ok and this is temporary”, etc. I have to force optimism onto myself. 😭
