Feeling Guilty About Past Friendships

it doesn’t feel good to feel guilty but if you approach the situation right and learn to forgive yourself you will grow and be able to look at the past without feeling in pain I can relate, I’ve been not the best friend either, but I have to accept that’s who I was and I’m actively learning and practicing how to be better without being too hard on myself.
