i never know what to talk about in therapy anymore because every day feels the same, and i just feel so bored and empty all the time. its not even like a sadness, just nothingness. does anyone have advice for how to feel again?

Reconnect to something you loved doing. Gratitude journal, meditation or prayer, goal journal. Find joy in little things like music or a flower or your favorite food. Or the sun and moon (nature).
