not really sure what im doing, in general. i often feel like im just running on autopilot, like im physically here, but mentally my brain is just kinda... fuzzy? blurry? it doesn't feel "clear." does that make sense? what is that feeling called? ive felt it worse before,, but it is rather frustrating, and my memory is awful because of it. i just wish i could feel more present.
