Feeling Defeated: Giving Up on Everything

What can you control or change to make your situation better, and what can you not control but, perhaps, change circumstances around to control. Constructively and positively of course. A lot of times it’s others we put in control unknowingly. I could be projecting here however, but you seem in a tough spot where you’re trying and gettin nowhere but you’re putting your all into it. ❤️💞
