I think I’m just gonna give up on trying to change. My anxiety debilitates me. That’s that.

It shouldn't have to be that way. You're the only one who can change your mindset to where you want it to be. Anyone else can only help you so much. I used to agree with you too but then I realized it's not worth it to keep living this way. So I kept moving forward. Not saying I've conquered that anxiety but im moving forward regardless of what the demons say
