Feeling Defeated: How to Cope with Negative Emotions

@SweetTea77 I hear you..sometimes I feel the same way. Well to be honest it's most the time. Im sorry ur going thru whatever has u feeling defeated rite now but know not everyone is selfish. I know it feels that way most the time, even for myself, and word r cheap but their r a very few actual good people left. Lord knows who they are and that's all that counts I guess..I pray you find peace soon.

@SweetTea77 I lost hope in humanity years ago. Right or wrong...people in my life have to earn it. I dont have the strenth to give people chance after chance anymore. Kick those people out of your life for good.
