Feeling Anxious About Socializing

I *think* I know what you're talking about. People don't seem used to listeners who genuinely care shut what's being said. Like leaning in a bit, full attention, eye contact. I've been told I'm a little intense with how I listen. It's nice to hear other people's thoughts when I'm trapped in my own head so much
