Life is rough and has been for years, way to much on my mind and no one to listen, I listen but I can't listen to myself much longer, all these feelings that I've kept inside for so long has caused me to break down so often, people around me are upset with me because I've been lashing out at them because I've been under so much stress with life and everything going on, I just wish I could forget everything bad that's happened to me, but I can't forget.

i get it, i’m here to listen if you ever need to talk. i just advice you to talk about your emotions as you’re experiencing them, when you’re feeling bad, see if someone can listen. it has really helped out for me- i know it’s not the same thing, but i’ve had anger issues my whole life and it just helps me not lash out. also, please- take breaks, if you need a day to chill, take it off.
