Feeling Alone with Fibromyalgia: Need Support

I literally have NO support system.... I was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia I have been a emotional wreck for the last 3 days now .... and I have no one ...not a single person to talk to about it ..anything for that matter and it's really really really starting to get to me ..my boyfriend use to be Sooo supportive of me always helping me looking things up to help !!! and now I feel him slipping away like I'm becoming to much .. my own mother who has had fibromyalgia for as long as I can remember ( and I'm 32) I can't even talk to her about it !!! it hurts really bad.. the only person I have is my therapist....I'm not looking for sympathy I just needed to get that off my chest badly .. thank you for anyone that reads or comments tho in advance.
