      Id like to say my agoraphobia has to do with my estranged showing up stalking me at church and his violent intent being foiled. But i always have been anxious in public spaces often watching for some such event to occur after that it is just serioysly amplified.

      💕 I have a cat. I belong to a few groups online. It helps. Sometimes it's hard though.

        @BlackFawn definitely. There's just an innate loneliness to agoraphobia I think. I fantasize about simple things like sitting in a restaurant listening to people talk sometimes.

      Agoraphobia is lot of self isolation and loneliness. My first step to not being Alone was to get myself a pet and then to join groups online that deal with care for that animal. You can make great friends with a little guy in your life and they'll be your pal too. It doesn't replace the loneliness but it helps a bit

      Yes, I’m completely alone from 4:30 in the morning until 6:30 at night. On days when I feel my worst, it’s harder because it creeps into my head that nobody cares, even though logically I know they have to work to earn a living for their families and my husband has to work for us to survive. But it doesn’t make it easier.
