I am feeling so alone. I have a these people in my life that I am there for and help out. Yet, I feel like I am drowning and there is no support. I know it's bad because I even reached out for support. Everyone is too busy and I just keep thinking about all the stuff I put off to help them get through their stuff. I feel like they are all standing above me watching me drown after everything.

I'm so sorry you're unappreciated by those ppl rn, but know that you had lots of support here. If you need to chat feel free to DM me ☺️

I feel this way, too! Some people can take advantage of your kindness & not return the support. I had to weave through the ones who never supported me even once & let them go. I know it's hard, but you can always find more people to support you that actually keep their word of doing so when you really need it. Have you ever considered a therapist? Just a suggestion. They can help and offer advice, too. I hope things improve ❤️

Sounds like you need some firm boundaries for yourself. I heard a really good expression, "You can't pour from an empty cup." Fill your own cup first, then give to others if you want to, out of your abundance. It feels selfish, especially if you've been conditioned to serve others first all the time, but ignore that voice in your head and take care of yourself first. Trust me, it does get better. I hope you also find someone you can lean on. 💕

I feel that way too. Like so often I help everyone or I'm there for them and when it comes to me I'm just left there to deal with it alone. It's lonely. Sending you love

@Cas_499 I really appreciate it. How do you get through it?

@Julz honestly I have just found one person I can count on most of the time and I'm just open with them because I trust them and they make up for it. But before that, I was super independent. I tried to stop feeling bad about it and would tell myself that I want to be the helper, I want to be the person people can count on, and if they don't wanna be that back it's their loss I guess. But when people would do it too much I would put distance between us and just like stop being available for them. You don't deserve anyone in your life that makes you feel bad
