Feeling Alone and Helpless

I just started this app, so I'm still learning how to navigate around here, but I've got some similar issues and totally understand, having E.D. myself I often feel alone on a deserted island with no rescue and am just waiting to die, but believe it or not, I'm still hopeful that things can change and will get better. I just hope it's sooner than later. Lol
