Fear of Rejection After Revealing a Secret

so i’m in a show at college we have just started it and everyone from different classes were mixed up and me and my fp/ my best friend were put into different ones their doing hook i’m doing evita and we got told about the set design and we were told to keep it a secret as it was pretty big and it’s going to be amazing and me being me i was very excited about it naturally and also me being me with adhd and autism i’m shit at lying so when they asked me why i was smiling so much i said i can’t tell u and they knew i was lying so i told them and i don’t think they said anything to anyone in their group but now their entire group knows and now my group knows i was one of the people who told and i’ve just started to get to know people in my group now i feel like nobody will want to talk to me anymore i’m scared i don’t like confrontation at all i’ll cry if anyone shouts at me we don’t go back until wednesday next week after the holidays i’m just so scared and worried
