i wrote my teachers a essay so they can understand more about my adhd, because i fear that they think im lazy, in class im yes im on my phone but when i try to focus i end up getting really frustrated because it’s not going the right way, so i ended up chickening out on giving it to them because not every grown up knows about mental health and how it can affect someone, so im scared that they will just think that im making up excuses or that i want them to pity me.
