I'm looking for advice with a very specific trigger. I live in a college town and so fireworks aren't uncommon amongst the kids when partying, and I have had a severe fear of them since december ((lost a friend to a suicide via gun)) my biggest issue is I can't avoid them at times and need to know what others with this trigger or similar triggers work with it? I'm also going to be asking my therapist but I'd love to hear what works for you guys ❤
